Upon closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to your most recently used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
xs777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, rule violations, failure to provide requested verification documents, or behaviour that xs777 determines to be harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of suspension, xs777 will attempt to notify the Player and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before any permanent action is taken.

A bet may be voided — and the stake returned — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the market is suspended and the bet cannot be settled; a clear pricing error is identified in the odds before settlement; or xs777 determines in its sole discretion that a result cannot be fairly determined.
